Dock Diving & Swimming Waiver
Each swim is different per pet and may include such activities as jumping, diving, swimming, and floating and/or toy retrieval. However, before any exercises begin, safety precautions must be taken and this wavier must be completed.
Before Swimming
All dogs must undergo an initial introductory swim training session (whether they know how to swim or not) in which he/she will be fitted with a life jacket flotation device to ensure safety and be introduced to our pool and equipment.
Your dog will be taught how to enter and exit the pool safely first before beginning any type of play time. This will also allow us to determine your dog's fitness level so that we can provide the safest, most effective swim time for him/her.
Pool Rules
1. Please potty your dog prior to entering the facility.
2. In pool area, it is your responsibility to be aware of the dog and human in front of you and behind you, keeping your dog out of reach of all others. (You must be in control of your dog at all times.)
3. Female dogs in heat are NOT permitted
4. No running on pool deck.
5. All dogs will remain on lead for instruction.
6. Only one dog may be off lead at a time
7. Only positive training methods are allowed.
8. No abusive treatment of dogs including any harsh corrections or collar jerks will be permitted.
9. No pushing or pulling the dog up the stairs or into the pool. (The dog must go in on its own accord or willingness).
10. No throwing the dog into the pool to get him/her used to the sport.
11. You must provide all towels if you wish to dry off your dog.
12. You must provide all appropriate throw toys for your dog.
13. Your pet must be current with the following required vaccinations and provide proof: rabies and distemper.
14. Noble Beasts Dog Training and/or its employees retain the right to ask anyone not following the set rules, policies, procedures or instructions to leave the pool and/or premises.
15. All waivers must be completed and signed prior to any participation.
Noble Beasts Dog Training and/or its employees retain the right to ask anyone not following the set of rules, policies, procedures or instructions to leave the pool immediately.
Although warm water pools provide a soothing effect, improves circulation and encourages greater mobility and range of motion in sore, stiff and arthritic joints than higher impact movement on the ground, I understand that accidents can happen.
By signing this waiver, I agree to not hold Noble Beasts Dog Training and/or its employees accountable for any injury that may occur as a result of pool activity. I hereby fully and forever release, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Noble Beasts Dog Training and its employees from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my use or intended use of the pool and premises. I fully and forever release and discharge Noble Beasts Dog Training and its employees from any and all negligent acts and omissions in the same.
I understand that all swim sessions will be supervised by a trained staff member where they will engage your pet in a play swim.
I understand all of the following rules, procedures and policies and will hereby fully and forever follow all instructions by Noble Beasts Dog Training in order to use the dock diving pool.
